The Restaurant Manager for Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas is responsible for leading daily operations within a high-profile, luxury dining and entertainment venue. This role ensures seamless execution of service, exceptional guest experiences, and alignment with Wynn’s Forbes Five-Star standards. Delilah operates as a modern-day supper club, blending fine dining, live entertainment, and nightlife energy. The Restaurant Manager must deliver elevated hospitality while managing a dynamic environment that includes VIP clientele, high-volume service periods, and entertainment-driven dining.
