THE JOB: Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, a premier MGM Resorts International property, is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting strategy and delivery for the property and assigned client groups. This role partners with senior leaders to attract top talent across operations, leadership, and corporate functions while delivering a best‑in‑class candidate and hiring‑manager experience. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, You will lead and develop a high‑performing recruiting team and provide hands‑on support for Director‑level hiring. This leader serves as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into scalable, high‑impact talent solutions that support Borgata’s culture of hospitality and excellence. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Drive implementation of a result‐oriented comprehensive talent acquisition plan consistent with the strategic vision of MGM Resorts International Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to support all levels of the MGM Resorts International organization. Manage full cycle recruitment for Director level roles within assigned client groups. Coach and mentor team of TA Partners and Employment Specialists to ensure SLAs and SOPs are met delivering best‐in‐class recruitment service. Provide dashboard reporting on team’s performance weekly to TA and Borgata Leadership. Build trust with business leadership to be recognized as a strategic business partner and gain insights on operations with clear understanding of the needs and priorities of the properties and/or corporate departments. New Jersey
NJ Casino Employee Registration (CER)
Required for most gaming-floor employees in Atlantic City. Includes criminal background check, financial history review, and fingerprinting through the NJDGE.
$200–$400412 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: NJ has one of the most rigorous licensing processes in the US. A Casino Employee Registration is the standard credential for most gaming-floor workers. Key employees and casino service industry employees need full licenses.
