About the Role

Casino Dealer Trainee School We are now accepting applicants interested in attending up to 6-week Dealer Trainee Program  designed to prepare individuals for a career as a casino table games dealer. This posting is intended for candidates who are interested in training and skill development  leading to potential employment upon successful completion of the program. Post-Training Employment Successful trainees may be eligible for employment as a casino dealer following program completion and approval.  Completion Incentive Participants who: Successfully complete the up to 6-week class Pass the dealer audition Able to meet licensing, background, and screening requirements; Will receive a sign on bonus of $250.00 once hired, and $250.00 after 90 days of employment, and $500.00 after 181 days of employment. Louisiana
Louisiana Gaming Employee Permit
Required for gaming employees at land-based, riverboat, and video poker establishments. Background check and fingerprinting required.

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Dealer School Certification
Completion of an accredited dealer school program. Certificates are issued per game (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, etc.). Most programs run 6–12 weeks.
$500–$3000616 week process
