About the Role

Casino Dealer Trainee School We are now accepting applicants interested in attending up to 6-week Dealer Trainee Program  designed to prepare individuals for a career as a casino table games dealer. This posting is intended for candidates who are interested in training and skill development  leading to potential employment upon successful completion of the program. Post-Training Employment Successful trainees may be eligible for employment as a casino dealer following program completion and approval.  Completion Incentive Participants who: Successfully complete the up to 6-week class Pass the dealer audition Able to meet licensing, background, and screening requirements; Will receive a sign on bonus of $250.00 once hired, and $250.00 after 90 days of employment, and $500.00 after 181 days of employment.
