THE JOB: The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics is responsible for shaping how MGM Resorts International measures, understands, and optimizes the performance of its digital marketing ecosystem. This role leads complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives across all digital channels, with accountability for defining measurement strategies, interpreting customer data, and delivering insights that directly influence enterprise marketing decisions. This position serves as a senior analytics leader within the digital marketing function, independently owning large-scale initiatives and translating data into actionable strategies that drive business performance. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Define and evolve advanced measurement strategies across the full digital marketing ecosystem, including paid media, SEO/AEO, organic social, email, onsite, and web/app experiences, ensuring performance is measured holistically and consistently across channels. Serve as a senior analytics partner to Media, Marketing, Digital Product, and Executive stakeholders by translating complex analyses into clear insights, implications, and recommendations that inform strategy and investment decisions. Lead advanced test-and-learn and causal measurement approaches, including A/B testing, geo-based experimentation, incrementality analysis, and other experimental methods, to quantify true marketing and experience impact.
