THE JOB: The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for providing Senior Executive leadership and direction to the Special Events, Database Marketing, Casino Marketing, VIP Services, Advertising Brand Management as well as Public Relations. The job requires an in‐depth understanding of competitive environments, multi‐channel communications, and best practices in the area of brand development, advertising, direct response and relationship marketing, consumer promotion and business analytics. This role ensures all marketing activities are performed within the reporting business units are done in accordance with the company's strategic business objectives, budget guidelines, mission statement, and service standards. This position serves as a member of the Property Executive Committee and plays a key role in establishing short/long‐term vision and goals for the property. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Serve as a key member of the Executive Committee team to support the Property President in the development and execution of the property’s Strategic Marketing plan Responsible for the development, monitoring and management of the annual Marketing Budget, P&L and all related Marketing Expenses to ensure successful achievement of department and business financial objectives In collaboration and partnership with the Commercial Group, establishes customer segmentation strategy, marketing reinvestment, Test and Learn, Marketing calendar, player events and promotions and other direct marketing programs, loyalty program strategy, all aspects of VIP Casino Marketing, Cross Property Marketing and other mark
