We are seeking a seasoned Full-time Casino Supervisor who brings a minimum of five years of experience in high-limit gaming within a luxury casino hotel environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a deep understanding of elevated guest service standards and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting. They must possess strong, hands-on experience and a high level of proficiency in single zero roulette and high limit baccarat, with the ability to confidently oversee game integrity and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example are essential in maintaining the level of excellence expected at Wynn Las Vegas. Job Responsibilities: Supervise a gaming area that has between one to six open gaming tables. Create player ratings with close attention to average bet, time played, and buy-in amounts. Process credit transactions (markers and RIM), fills/credits, and opening/closing of games. Assist in daily tasks such as pre-shuffling, procuring cards, counting for the gaming day, making schedule adjustments, refreshing skills, etc. Report directly to the Assistant Casino Managers/Casino Managers on duty. Ensure that exceptional guest service is being delivered and dealers are fully engaged in enhancing the gaming experience. Making sure that the dealers are following procedures on the game and providing a high level of guest service. Ensuring dealers are not cross-firing, turning off their games and interacting with the guests Coaching dealers that are not meeting our standards Recommending discipline of dealers that are not following directions or coaching Manage the table minimums in response to business demands. Ensure the gaming area is clean and inviting to guests and employees. Ensure all game procedures and policies are being followed including, resolving or communicating to management any guest disputes ensuring all gaming equipment is functional and secured appropriately, verifying all game p
Note: Nevada requires a state gaming work permit AND a county sheriff's work card. The sheriff's card is employer-specific in Clark County. Gaming employees must apply for a work permit within 30 days of hire.
