Utilizes the necessary surveillance equipment to respond to, identify and record questionable activities. Digitally records activities in the casino, count rooms, slot booths, cashier cages, and back of house areas, and reports all illegal and unusual activity. Completes training on an ongoing basis. Performs other related duties as assigned. Promotes superior guest service. Minimum Qualifications Ability to work in a secluded, enclosed environment for extended periods of time. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team in said environment. Candidate is open and receptive to learning new methods. Must possess strong reading, listening, writing, and visual skills and hand-eye coordination. The ability to effectively learn and demonstrate proficiency in surveillance camera operation is required. Must be able to observe and report in an objective manner. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours. *Due to the sensitive nature of the Surveillance position, transfer options may be limited to other departments. #wewantyou Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Regular Knock, knock. Licensing Requirements

Tribal Casinos (All States)
Tribal Gaming Employee License
Issued by the specific tribe's Gaming Commission. Each tribal nation sets its own licensing standards in compliance with NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). Must be renewed annually at most properties.
$50–$20028 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Gaming Surveillance Certification
CCTV operator or gaming surveillance certification (e.g., IASIR). Not universally required but highly preferred. Some states require a surveillance-specific endorsement on the gaming license.
$200–$80028 week process

Note: Each tribal nation operates its own Gaming Commission under NIGC oversight. Licensing requirements vary by tribe but generally include a tribal gaming license, FBI fingerprinting, and background check. Common states: CA, MN, WA, AZ, CT, WI, OR, MT, OK, NM, ID, WY.
