To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: www.gotoworkhappy.com/benefits Job Description: Under the direction of Security Department supervisors and managers, incumbent provides security coverage for outside areas including perimeter, garage and boardwalk ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety of patrons and team members. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist patrons with a wide variety of inquiries and situations including providing information about the property and events, giving directions, and escorting them if necessary. Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner. Promotes a positive attitude and proper customer relations by extending courteous service to all patrons and employees. Observes and obeys all street, lot and garage traffic regulations. Drives company vehicles in designated routes only. Ensures safety and security of vehicles in lots and garages by reporting all suspicious behavior to a Security Supervisor whether these acts were from an employee or a patron. Always keeps alert for unauthorized attempts to remove vehicles. Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company. Responds to incidents, accidents and calls for assistance. Must provide emergency medical care to the highest degree necessary within allowable limits for the certification held. New Jersey
NJ Casino Employee Registration (CER)
Required for most gaming-floor employees in Atlantic City. Includes criminal background check, financial history review, and fingerprinting through the NJDGE.
$200–$400412 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: NJ has one of the most rigorous licensing processes in the US. A Casino Employee Registration is the standard credential for most gaming-floor workers. Key employees and casino service industry employees need full licenses.
