Applies electrical theory and related knowledge to test, repair and maintain the SLOT machines and related gaming equipment. Respond promptly to calls on the casino floor, diagnose causes of malfunctions and failures and take immediate appropriate action. Always promotes positive public/employee relations by providing friendly service to players and employees, being able to meet their needs. Rebuilds, overhauls, converts, adjusts, calibrates, aligns and modifies any slot machine and related gaming equipment. To obtain a working knowledge of various electronic and electro-mechanical equipment. To repair and reactivate malfunctioning and out of order machines with minimal effect to the operation. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Performs all service requirements for SLOT machines included in the installation and relocation. Performs all essential duties for preventative maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
