Position Summary: Responsible for the daily repair, maintenance and operation of the slot machines, slot data collection system, progressive control systems and related equipment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Safeguard against theft and ensure the security and integrity of all slot machines, keys, radios, and casino property. Maintains Electronic Gaming Machines and equipment. Assist with training Slot Technician I team members. Performs work with little follow-up. Promote outstanding customer service, safety, and security. Handle complaints according to established company and department policies and procedures. Report developments which may affect the casino operation to slot management. Document and report the daily activities of the shift. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Three (3) years’ experience as a Slot Technician. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Successful completion of a recognized training course in the repair and maintenance of electronic slot machines and basic knowledge of electricity and/or mechanical equipment. Demo
