Hourly Rate: $40.51 - $40.51 The Encore Boston Harbor Gaming Technician is responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of slot machines. The gaming technician will monitor and ensure that all slot machines are maintained in working order, are holding the proper percentage, and are returned to proper operation in the shortest time frame possible. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining all Encore Standards and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   Follows all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.  Actively contributes to departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reports. Delivers and maintains a maximum level of service.  Contributes to company-wide communication and best practices. Keeps informed of all new developments within the department. Responsible for maintenance of slot machines. Responsible for maintenance of bill validators on sports betting kiosks Responds to slot repair requests in a timely manner. Maintains accurate records for the department use. Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards. Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training. Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
