Coordinates and ensures all documentation adheres to regulatory guidelines. Assist with training programs, provides support to the BSA Compliance Program including, but not limited to: AML updates, training and testing, due diligence, research and analysis, and CTR & SAR filing and any other administrative support. Performs other departmental duties as assigned. Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Promotes superior guest service. Minimum Qualifications Must have a thorough knowledge of casino regulatory rules and regulations and casino internal and accounting control procedures. Previous administrative responsibilities, i.e. filing, record keeping etc. Intermediate experience with Microsoft office suite required. Tribal Casinos (All States)
Tribal Gaming Employee License
Issued by the specific tribe's Gaming Commission. Each tribal nation sets its own licensing standards in compliance with NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). Must be renewed annually at most properties.
$50–$20028 week process

Live-scan fingerprinting submitted to FBI. Required before most state gaming licenses are issued.

Note: Each tribal nation operates its own Gaming Commission under NIGC oversight. Licensing requirements vary by tribe but generally include a tribal gaming license, FBI fingerprinting, and background check. Common states: CA, MN, WA, AZ, CT, WI, OR, MT, OK, NM, ID, WY.

  • List every gaming regulation framework you have worked under: state gaming codes, NIGC MICS, FinCEN Title 31
  • Highlight AML program development, internal audit scope, or regulatory examination prep
  • Note SAR/CTR filing history and any FinCEN reporting experience
  • Include any direct regulatory agency interaction: NGCB, DGE, PGCB, tribal gaming commissions
