Summary Statement: The Wholesale Representative acts as a liaison between Leisure Sales, ensuring efficient communication with the third party. This role involves managing extranet, and third-party reservations, including booking platforms like Expedia and Booking.com. The Wholesale Representative processes requests, answers inquiries, and coordinates with relevant departments to accommodate business needs. The Wholesale Representative supports the AR Groups & Wholesale Manager. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Oversees guest resolutions to ensure all matters are completed in a timely manner by coordinating with outside departments. Oversee and process wholesale, extranet, and third-party reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations. Manage relationships with wholesale clients, maintaining strong communication and providing excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for wholesale operations. Address and correct any discrepancies in accounts. Monitor, document, and notify upper management of any problems that may impact the success or achievement of departmental objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale, extranet, and third-party partners, addressing questions and ensuring seamless coordination. Help rectify any billing disputes between internal departments and guests. Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.
