Casino Service Hosts will curate and facilitate an array of premium dining, entertainment, and bespoke experiences, attending to every request with meticulous attention to detail. Core Responsibilities & Service Excellence Standards Maintain an impeccable demeanor and cultivate an atmosphere of refined professionalism Orchestrate check-in and check-out transactions with precision and elegance for casino guests Serve as a distinguished liaison among the Casino Host Team, Executive Host Teams, and Player Development teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences Collaborate seamlessly with team members to anticipate and fulfill the sophisticated needs of casino guests Ensure all guests receive attentive, efficient service with grace and courtesy; address concerns with discretion and escalate matters appropriately Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of casino offerings, current premium events, exclusive promotions, and the distinguished benefits of the Wynn Rewards gaming program Champion and facilitate enrollment in the prestigious Wynn Rewards program Curate and arrange premium reservations, transportation, and accommodations tailored to guest preferences Exercise refined judgment and make decisions in accordance with established hospitality guidelines and complimentary service
